Ordering

When you order on olanibio.com, you agree to provide complete and accurate information. Olani Global LLC may refuse or cancel any order at its discretion, including orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors, or that suggest a non-research purpose.

Orders depend on product availability. If an item cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you to arrange a substitute or a refund. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice.

Shipping

We ship to addresses within the United States. Orders are typically processed within one to two business days. Orders placed before 12 PM Pacific Time often leave the same business day. Transit time depends on the shipping method selected at checkout.

Olani Bio is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other events outside our control. Risk of loss and title pass to you when the shipment is delivered to the carrier.

Returns and Refunds

All sales of research materials are final. Because of the nature of these products, we do not accept returns for unused inventory or a change of plans. If a package arrives damaged or does not match what you ordered, contact us within seven days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, typically within five to ten business days after approval. Shipping charges are not refunded unless the error was ours. Refunds and cancellations may include a processing fee of up to 10%.

Payment

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and the other methods shown at checkout, including Stripe card processing when it is offered, along with additional options such as Link Money, Zelle, and ForumPay. Payments are processed securely. You agree to pay the full amount due, including applicable taxes and shipping.

We may cancel an order if payment cannot be verified.
