Return and Replacement Policy

Because of the regulatory rules that apply to this catalog, standard returns are not accepted.

• Wrong or incomplete orders. If an order is processed incorrectly, or you receive items different from what you ordered, email [email protected] right away. We will send a replacement for the original order.
• Unopened products. Completely unopened products may be returned within 10 days of delivery. Approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, and the refund is issued minus the cost of the return shipping label.
